How to activate an Acronis Sandbox

Once the sandbox is created, an automatic activation email will be sent to the sandbox administrator. It will contain a login to your sandbox account.

When you click Activate account, you will be redirected to the management portal. You will be asked to set your password, enable two-factor authentication, and accept legal terms. Once it is done, your user account will be activated and you will have full access to your sandbox.

To log in to the management portal, please use the login provided in the activation email and the password you set during account activation.

Important

The activation link is valid for 24 hours. If you have not activated your account within this time frame, reach your ISV Engagement Manager to reset your sandbox account.
