Introduction

This document covers the Account Management application programming interface (Account Management API) of the cloud platform.

What can I do with the Account Management API?

This interface enables partner administrators to programmatically leverage all the functionality of the platform:

• Manage all types of platform resources:

  • Tenants and their users

  • Services and their offering items

  • User quotas

  • Locations and storages they contain

• Search for tenants and user accounts

• Collect immediate service usage by tenants and manage usage reports

• Log in to the platform on behalf of another user

Data format

The API uses the secure HTTP/1.1 over TLS 1.2 protocol and operates mostly with JSON-formatted messages.

Platform-specific codes

Responses may also include platform-specific error codes in addition to standard HTTP codes. Information about each code is available in “Status and error codes”.
