Preparing a Version package for import

Important

This procedure is highly technical. We advise that you contact Acronis to ensure that your import package is prepared correctly.

Prior to importing a Version package, you must prepare the package files by editing the CTIs (Cyber Type Identifiers) found in :

The CTIs of interest in the package files will have this structure: cti.a.p.app.application.meta.v1.0~vendorcode.cyberappname.application.meta.vX.Y, where:
  • vendorcode.cyberappname is the code of the CyberApp whose Version was exported.
  • vX.Y is the version number of the exported Version.

To prepare a Version package for import

  1. Unzip the package ZIP file.

  2. Open the files in the unzipped directory, and find and edit all CTI references.
    Ensure that:
    • The CyberApp code matches the code of the target CyberApp.
      To find the CyberApp code, open the target CyberApp SETTINGS tab.
    • The Version version number is unique for the target CyberApp.

  3. Zip the files into a new ZIP file.
    This is the package you will use to import a Version.
