Creating the customer enablement form

To create the customer enablement form

1. Open the Version.

2. Select Customer enablement form from the left sidebar.

3. Select Enablement form.

   

   Note

   There is only one enablement form, so nothing is editable here.

4. Click to open the UI builder.

5. Build the enablement form.

   1. Drag elements from the UI element menu onto the canvas.

      • To set an element’s properties, select the element on the canvas and select the PROPERTIES tab in the configuration pane.

        Note

      • [Optional] To create dependencies for an element’s visibility, select the element on the canvas and select the VISIBILITY tab in the configuration pane.

        Note

      • [Optional] To set validation criteria for an element, select the element on the canvas and select the VALIDATION tab in the configuration pane.

   2. [Optional] To delete an element, select it and click .

   3. [Optional] To find out more about an element, select it and click .

   4. [Optional] To view a preview of your form, click .

6. When you are finished, click Done.

7. Click Save changes.
