Importing the SayHi demo CyberApp

To import the SayHi demo CyberApp

  1. Create a CyberApp.

    Note

    Do not turn on the Connection to Acronis API toggle switch, because SayHi does not need access to the Acronis API.

  2. Open the CyberApp, then the SETTINGS tab. Take a note of the CyberApp code.

  3. Download the import package for the SayHi Description here.

  4. Open the entities/app.raml file in the package, replace demoisv2.sayhi with your CyberApp code in the following line id: cti.a.p.app.marketing_info.v1.0~demoisv2.sayhi.marketing_info.v1.0, and save your change.

  5. Open the dictionaries/en.json file in the package, replace each occurence of demoisv2.sayhi with your CyberApp code, and save your changes.

  6. From the CYBERAPP DESCRIPTIONS tab, click Import and follow the instructions to import the package.

  7. Download the import package for the SayHi Version here

  8. Open the downloaded ZIP file, and replace every occurence of demoisv2.sayhi with your CyberApp code, then save the files.

  9. From the CYBERAPP VERSION tab, click Import and follow the instructions to import the package.

  10. Deploy the Description and Version you just imported to your test environment.

  11. Login to Acronis as an administrator.

  12. Select INTEGRATIONS from the menu.

  13. Find the SayHi CyberApp in the catalog.

  14. Click Configure.

SayHi is now enabled. The menu item has been added to the Management menu. Click it to use the Cyberapp.
