Preconditions

• MSP has enabled the CyberApp.

Basic flow

The vendor’s ticketing interface must display the information about the CyberApp for MSPs.

For example:

1. CyberApp configuration status.

2. Total number of customers.

3. The number of mapped customers.

4. The number of generated tickets.
