Acronis Ticket Bridge
ISVs which target MSPs - particularly MSPs who are large enough to leverage the top PSA platforms and ticketing tools used today - typically need to integrate with multiple PSA vendors to appeal to the MSP market. This is a time-consuming process, which eats up valuable development cycles and resources.
By integrating with Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, you can streamline this effort by leveraging the Acronis Ticket Bridge.
Acronis Ticket Bridge empowers MSPs to seamlessly create tickets from third-party vendor alerts within their current PSA or RMM ticketing systems. Acronis extends third-party vendor alerts via Ticket Bridge, which supports ticket mapping for integrations with leading RMMs, PSAs, and RPA solutions.
When you integrate with Acronis, you are extending your solution’s alerts and notifications directly into Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud. This enables seamless ticket creation in leading PSAs such as ConnectWise, Autotask, Halo, and Acronis’s native PSA. Integrating with Acronis provides access to our network of over 22,000 MSPs, so your solution will gain broader market reach while helping MSPs improve operational efficiency.
Integration eliminates the need for multiple custom connections, thus reducing development costs and technician workload. MSPs can consolidate their monitoring efforts, ensuring that alerts are directed to their preferred ticketing system. This accelerates remediation and minimizes downtime.

How Ticket Bridge works
When an MSP enables a third-party product integration which reports alerts to Acronis (for example, Timus SASE or Sendmarc), Acronis learns which alert types the integration can create.
These alert types are made available in the ticket mapping configuration of the MSP’s ticket integration (PSA / RMM / RPA).
In the ticket integration, the MSP can activate ticket sync for any of these alert types, just as they would for native Acronis integrations.
When an alert is created, the PSA integration incudes it in the ticket sync and applies all the same rules to the alert as it does to native Acronis alerts.
