The MSP wants to be able to update an existing ticket in Advanced Automation (PSA).

Preconditions

  • Partner must have Advanced Automation (PSA) enabled.

Note

If Advanced Automation (PSA) is not enabled for this partner, the event should be shown in the pulldown list, but be shown as disabled.
